Upgrade License
Learn how to upgrade your Auctria license.
As your events grow and your needs change, you may want to upgrade to a higher-tier license to access more features and capabilities. Upgrading is quick and easy, and you can do it at any time during your subscription period.
License Belongs to Your Organization
The license applies to the Organization, not to a specific user's email address.
How to Upgrade
Quick Upgrade Method
The easiest way to upgrade is directly from your Auctria dashboard:
- From the main event dashboard, click Organizations in the sidebar
- Click License to open the License page
- Click the Upgrade Now button
This takes you to the checkout page with the next-tier plan already selected. Once payment is processed, your license upgrades automatically.
Manual Upgrade Method
If you have an older license without a direct upgrade path, or if you prefer to purchase separately:
- Visit our online store and purchase your desired license
- Return to your License page in Auctria
- Click the Apply License button
- Enter your order number to activate your new license

Mid-Year Upgrades
When you upgrade during your current subscription period:
- You only pay the price difference between your current plan and the new plan
- Your expiration date stays the same
- New features become available immediately
