Event Team: Checkout Volunteer

The Auction Team Checkout Volunteers generally work towards closing out the auction event and helping participants clear up their account balances, especially in cases where the participant is paying by cash or check.

Batch Checkout

Batch Checkout -- this function is useful under the following two conditions:

1. the Participant has an outstanding balance; and,
2. the Participant has a registered credit card on file.

NOTE

For Outstanding Balances, see Reports > Financial | Accounts > Outstanding Accounts.
For registered credit cards, a credit card icon will show in the all participant list report.
Also to note, only Participants meeting both conditions will show in the Batch Checkout list.

In-Person Volunteer
