Sometimes, a bid may need to be transferred from one participant to another. This is a straightforward process.

This is possible via the Item Details  Activity tab and the Transfer option (under the three vertical dots icon menu).

An example from a demonstration event.

Clicking on the Transfer option will pop up the Transfer Transaction window.

The drop-down selector lets you choose the participant to whom you want to transfer the transaction.

IMPORTANT

The participant must already be registered with the event for them to be available in the drop-down selector.

Once the "new" participant is selected, click the Transfer button to complete the move, or click the "Cancel" button if you choose not to transfer the bid.
